So this is what the day after the Coffeeneuring Challenge 2023: Lucky 13 feels like. The sun did not shine and it rained all day here.
We need the rain, though, our part of the country has been in a drought. So can’t be too sad about the showers and wet sidewalks. The end of the challenge also means that it’s time for Always Be Coffeeneuring (ABC) season, which is every other day of the year until the challenge starts again. Yet a second reason not to be blue!
And here’s another reason. Today we’re revealing the 2023 Coffeeneuring Challenge finishers patch design. As in the past, Doug at Umbrella Works is the mastermind behind the prize, and yet again he has delivered a fantastic design.
We’re sticking with the earth tone theme for 2023, and the same central logo we’ve used for the past few years. This year, we’re going classic and pairing it with a mug steaming with coffee (or tea, or cider, or something else hot, you decide!). Thank you, Doug, for your creative work and partnership with the Coffeeneuring Challenge over the years.
I love this design, the coffee bean chain ring with the cheerful floral sprigs flanking it totally suits the challenge. I hope you like it too. I’ll let everybody know on pricing after we send out the finisher email.
Yes, we still use email! I know it’s just a step away from stone tablets at this point, but hey, it still gets the job done. Expect that email in a couple of weeks, and I’ll let everyone know once it’s been sent.
