So much coffeeneuring happening, it’s like a coffetti explosion. No, coffetti is not a real word, but it’s fun to say, fits with the season, and conjures all kinds of exciting images.
Speaking of which, let’s jump into a little roundup like a kid hurtling themselves into a leafpile. Am I using up all the seasonal metaphors and similes in the intro? You’ll only know if you keep reading!
Coffeeneuring Gets a Shoutout!
The Wild Ones podcast of Cade Media, a cycling-centric pod focused on racing and gear (ever popular topics!), devoted a few minutes to the Coffeeneuring Challenge thanks to one of its listeners. Thank you, whoever brought the challenge to their attention, it was quite a nice feature! Listen to it here, starting at minute 45 of the episode.
Full-On Fall Foliage, Coffetti Mode!
Some gorgeous fall colors paired with bikes and coffee making their way onto the Coffeeneuring Challenge scene. Wow, it’s the best time of year.
Friend and fellow coffeeneur Carolyn C. spent some time at Riverside Park in Alexandria, drinking an approved beverage (of course!).

Janet E. – an annual participant outside of Toronto, Canada, who embraces the off-road coffee outside life – shared this stunner from a recent ride.

And Strava user Keer-uhh L shared this beauty from one of her outings.

And check out this stunning view from Doria H. in New Hampshire. Wow!

Not everybody has the same foliage experience this time of year, but this is still quite a fine view from Joe G. in Costa Mesa, California, on his recent 50-mile ride to coffee in pursuit of the grand prize.

Veterans Day
Several coffeeneuring participants also rode in honor of veterans over the last week, including Tad S., Jorge L., George L., and Fern Z.J.
Draw Your Strava Route!
We love seeing all the creative ways that people take on this challenge. Jennifer B. is one of the coffeeneurs journaling her rides, and in this post she actually drew her Strava route. A little meta and so good!

D.C. Coffeeneurs Meetup
Finally, California coffeeneur Karen C. organized a D.C. Coffeeneurs meetup at the Rubell Museum in the Southwest quadrant of Washington, D.C. Thank you, Karen, for bringing us together!
Warmer than expected, we drank coffee, ate Asian pears, and chatted the morning away. And about half of our group sported their coffeeneuring socks, see the evidence below.

It was another outing that made me fall in love with the season and embrace gratitude for the Coffeeneuring Challenge.
How lucky are we to ride bikes, drink coffeeneuring (or other approved!) beverages, and meet up to share moments of our lives? Bring on the coffetti.
Cheers everybody, and tune in for the grand prize reveal next week!
