Fall weather here. Now I have the impetus to work more on my Peugeot. with a big basket up front – it’s the perfect ride for Coffee Shop Without Walls adventures. You rock MG!
I have started making a DC coffee map available at http://goo.gl/BznDLH
I started by getting the “10 best” and “25 best” coffee articles from the Post and dcist.com. Then, I scanned through some of the blog posts that your readers posted from 2013. I’ll keep adding to this map as your readers share their favorite spots. I am not including everything – filtering out things like Starbucks and Cosi and the like.
If you have any other recommendations for coffee spots, send them my way and I’ll add them to the map. Feel free to reference the map any way you want.
Oh, I can’t wait! The last big ride of the year for me is a 120-miler overnight Friday/Saturday 3rd/4th October. I’ve been aiming at that ride for two months now but couldn’t quite see lie beyond it, other than commuting. The prospect of pootling around for coffee is just so appealing!
I’m ready. Did a practice run last Saturday, stopping for cappuccino and scone part way through my ride.
